Goat Anti-CX3CR1 Antibody

Western Blot shows lysates of M1 mouse myeloid leukemia cell line and NK-92 human natural killer lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1ug/mL of C8299-01G followed by HRP-conjugated anti-goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for CX3CR1 at ~50kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
